A woman from Noarlunga was delighted to discover she’d cracked a Keno Spot 8 prize of $50,000 just in time for Christmas!

The happy pensioner said she was having a ‘cuppa’ at the Tavern today when she saw the winning message appear on the Keno screen.

“The Keno screen popped up with a Spot 8 win sold at Colonnades Tavern and I looked around and knew straight away it was me!” she exclaimed.

“It’s very nice to win at this time of year, I’m a pensioner and I’m struggling at the moment and so this will mean I can put some of the prize in the bank.

“I’ll also be able to buy a car and take a holiday to the Gold Coast in the New Year!”

The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased the winning Spot 8 Keno entry from Colonnades Tavern, 54 Beach Road in Noarlunga Centre.

Chad Gross is the Venue Manager at Colonnades Tavern and said he was thrilled to have sold a $50,000 winning Keno Spot 8 entry to a local patron.

“It’s perfect timing ahead of Christmas and I’m sure this will mean an even merrier Christmas for our winning local patron!” Mr Gross exclaimed.

“Congratulations to the winner and we wish you all the very best with your prize!”
