A Macarthur region retiree is struggling to comprehend the reality that she’s now a millionaire from a recent Lotto draw. 

The New South Wales player held one of the three division one winning entries nationally in Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4124 and took home $1 million. 

Confirming her win with us this morning, the stunned winner said she couldn’t quite believe her good fortune. 

“Good god,” she managed eventually. 

“Wow. Wow. That’s good. 

“I feel so surprised. This is wonderful! 

“I’ve been playing for 10 about years and I’ve won the odd smaller prize over the years, but nothing compares to this! 

“This is such good news.” 

When asked what she thought she might do with her lottery windfall, the newly-minted millionaire said it was time for a new home. 

“It’s hard to comprehend at the moment, I must admit,” she laughed. 

“I will possibly start by buying a new house and helping my family. 

“It will be wonderful!” 

Her winning entry was purchased at Harrington Plaza Newsagency, Shop 8, Harrington Plaza, 23 Fairwater Drive, Harrington Plaza. 

Harrington Plaza Newsagency owner Hui Ling said they were celebrating selling their first division one winning entry.
