Ten Box Hill and Reservoir shoppers are sporting winning smiles today after their syndicate scored division one in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

The syndicate with 10 members, called Haymaker, held one of the seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4351 on Saturday 1 April 2023. Each division one winning entry scored $775,265.76.

In addition to scoring division one, the syndicate’s System entry also scored division three 6 times and division six 4 times, bolstering the group’s total prize to $781,071.76.

Each syndicate member collected a share worth $78,110.88.

However, some syndicate members may have yet to realise their windfall, prompting lottery officials to urge players to check their tickets as soon as possible.

Entries into the winning syndicate were sold at Box Hill Central Lotto, Shop 67, Box Hill Central, Cnr Main Street & Market Street, Box Hill and Reservoir News & Lotto, 36 Edwardes Street, Reservoir.

Box Hill Central Lotto and Reservoir News & Lotto owner Victor Zhang said the weekly syndicate had been running for more than seven years.

“We were ecstatic when we discovered that we had sold a division one winning syndicate entry! It's a dream come true for us and for our lucky customers,” he said.

“This syndicate has won several prizes in the past, but this is its first division one win.

“Our customers will be thrilled and excited to hear the news. This is the 37th division one winning entry we have sold.

“We would like to congratulate our Haymarker syndicate on their fantastic win! We wish them all the best and hope they enjoy their newfound wealth.

“It's a great achievement for our store, and we hope to continue selling winning entries in the future.”
