Someone who purchased a TattsLotto ticket in Emerald may have woken up this morning completely oblivious to the fact they are walking around a millionaire after scoring division one in the weekend’s draw.

The mystery Gippsland winner held one of the three division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4035, drawn Saturday 21 March 2020. Each entry took home a division one prize of $1,386,240.79.

The ticket is unregistered, so officials from the Lott have no way of contacting the winner to break the news. Instead, they have to wait for the ticketholder to come forward and claim their prize.

The winning entry was purchased at Emerald Newsagency, 4 Kelvington Drive, Emerald.

Spokesperson for the Lott Bronwyn Spencer said the mystery Gippsland winner could be utterly unaware their winning million-dollar entry was in their pocket, in their purse or stuck on the fridge.

“If you purchased a TattsLotto ticket in draw 4035 from Emerald Newsagency there are over a million reasons why you should check your ticket today,” she said.

“Make sure you check your wallet, handbag, fridge door and car glovebox. Previous winners have found valuable tickets in all sorts of strange places.

“You can check your numbers on the Lott website, via the Lott app and at your local retail outlet.

“If you discover you are holding the winning ticket contact us on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
