Bruce and Denise Morcombe have dedicated their lives to making the world a safer place and every year they reach more and more young people, teaching them vital personal safety lessons.

Last month’s Day for Daniel was evidence of their tireless work and determination to raise awareness about child safety, protection, and harm prevention.

The Daniel Morcombe Foundation’s national day of action reached a record-breaking number of people, with more than 4,800 schools and early learning centres registering for the event and more than 1.5 million people participating.

The Daniel Morcombe Foundation website received almost 70,000 visits during the month of October, with more than 25,000 free educational resources downloaded and 42,000 views on child safety videos.

In the days after Day for Daniel, 240 participating schools indicated they received a disclosure of harm from a student.

With a 30% increase in reach and participation across the board, the Daniel Morcombe Foundation has thanked The Lott and its players for their continued support.

There’s no doubt the Foundation’s incredible work is making a massive impact across the country and here at The Lott we’re proud to support The Daniel Morcombe Foundation.
