Could 2019 be the year we crown the most Monday and Wednesday Lotto millionares? 

At this stage, we’re on track for this year to be one for the record books, but let’s have a closer look at how this year’s winning tally compares to previous years.

In the first 30 draws of Monday and Wednesday Lotto of this year, there has been a total of 30 Division 1 winning entries across Australia, creating 27 millionaires! 

Three of this year’s Division 1 winning entries were shared by syndicate members, which means a total of 55 people have felt the warmth of a Monday and Wednesday Lotto win so far in 2019. How great is that!

In fact, there has been more than twice as many Monday and Wednesday Lotto Division 1 winners in 2019, compared to the same time last year.

In 2018, there were 14 Division 1 winning entries in the first 30 Monday and Wednesday Lotto draws of 2018. Thirteen of these players became millionaires, while one winning entry was shared by a syndicate of 10 people. 

Casting our eyes further back to 2017, there were 23 Division 1 winners created in the first 30 Monday and Wednesday Lotto draws of the year. During that same year, a massive 104 winning entries pocketed a Monday and Wednesday Lotto Division 1 prize – the highest we’ve seen.

At this stage, we are on track to potentially exceed this number by year’s end, but only time will tell!
