A group of Powerball players will have more reasons to indulge this Easter after a Sydney store syndicate scooped the entire $30 million division one prize pool on Thursday evening.

The ten share store syndicate will split first division and other divisional prizes totalling $30,078,484.65, with each share worth a life-changing $3,007,848.47.

Jimmy Ng is the owner of World Square Newsagency which set up the winning store syndicate in Thursday’s $30 million Powerball draw.

“What an exciting Easter! I was so shocked when I found out our store syndicate has scooped the entire $30 million prize pool,” Mr Ng said.

“I’ve got the biggest smile on my face today! You always hope to sell a division one winning entry to one of your customers, but this is even better because I’ve got ten customers celebrating a life-changing win!”

The division one winning System 8 store syndicate was set up by World Square Newsagency, Shops 7 – 11, 387 Pitt Street in Sydney.

The winning numbers in Powerball draw 1036 on Thursday 24 March 2016 were 16, 17, 32, 2, 7 and 25. The Powerball number was 14.
