A Gippsland farmer never considered himself exceptionally lucky but is now reconsidering that position after winning a TattsLotto division one prize for the second time.

The hardworking man held one of the 27 division one winning entries across Australia in TattsLotto’s $20 Million Superdraw, draw 4061 on 20 June 2020. Each entry won a division one prize of $740,740.75.

Confirming his win with us this morning, the winning man recounted how he discovered his win.

“I looked online yesterday morning. These are the numbers we’ve used for the past nine years. It’s incredible!” he shared.

“I did win a division one prize about 30 years ago – it was a lot smaller than this one. I never thought I was that lucky, but I must be very, very lucky.

“This prize will set my family up for the future and help us out so much.”

The man admitted he and his family had been through a rough time recently, with the region also impacted by bushfires earlier this year. However, with a second division one win under his belt, the winner feels things are looking up.

“I’ve got to go cut some more wood. It’s getting cold,” he explained.

“Then I’ll have a beer to celebrate!”

The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his winning marked System 7 entry online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
