A Central Coast mum says a last-minute decision to play Saturday Lotto for the first time in years has turned into an incredible life-changing event.

The New South Wales player held one of the four division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4141, drawn Saturday 27 March 2021. Each division one winning entry scored $1,487,555.59.

Confirming her win with us this morning, the woman explained she was still on cloud nine after the weekend revelation.

“I checked the ticket over the weekend,” she said.

“We still can’t believe it. I’m in disbelief.

“Thank you so much. I just really can’t believe it.

“I never play lottery games. It was a random ticket that I decided to grab last minute!

“I feel as though it was meant to be.

“It’s beautiful. It’s amazing. It’s absolutely unbelievable.

“We still can’t believe it. Things like this just don’t happen to people like us!”

When asked how she imagined life with almost $1.5 million in her bank account, she explained she’d finally be able to relax.

“This is dramatically life-changing for us in a very big way,” she explained.

“We’ve worked so hard all our life and now we might not have to work so hard.

“We will pay off our mortgage and not having to worry about another  repayment will be such a huge relief.

“We are going to upgrade the caravan and when we can, we will travel overseas.

“This takes the pressure off in a huge way!”

The life-changing 18-game QuickPick was purchased at Wadalba Newsagency, 2 Edward Stinson Avenue, Wadalba.

Wadalba Newsagency manager Tina Ford said she felt like a winner herself.

“When I heard we’d sold a division one winning entry I couldn’t sleep!” she laughed.

“This is the third division one winning entry we’ve sold in five years.

“We are so excited and so happy for our latest winner.

“Congratulations to them!”
