A Doncaster East man has confessed he needs a moment to cool down after hearing the news he is $856,000 richer from scoring division one in the weekends’ TattsLotto draw got him fired up.

The thrilled winner held one of the six division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 4067, drawn Saturday 11 July 2020. Each entry took home a division one prize of $856,213.56.

As well as scoring the division one prize, the happy man’s marked 18-game entry also scored him division four, bolstering his total prize to $856,245.86.

The shocked winner was completely oblivious to his life-changing win until we called to confirm it this afternoon.

“Wow! That’s fantastic! I don’t know what to say!” he exclaimed.

“I had no idea. Thank you very much! I really don’t know what to do or say.

“It’s just a bit much with everything else going on at the moment.

“I’ve been playing these same numbers for a long time. This win has been a long time coming!

“I’m sweating! I was cold before, but now I am hot. I think I need to go wash my face to cool off and calm down.”

When asked how he planned to enjoy his life-changing windfall, the hot and bothered winner revealed he was excited about being mortgage-free.

“I’m not really sure what I’ll do with it all. It’s still sinking in!” he laughed.

“I do know it will go towards the usual things, like paying off my mortgage and things like that.

“I don’t even know what I’ll do with anything left over. I’m just so shocked. I really can’t think!

“We’re in lockdown so I can’t do too much to celebrate tonight, but I’m sure I’ll think of something!”

The excited winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his marked 18-game entry at The Pines Lotto & Confectionery, Shop 03A The Pines Shopping Centre, 181 Reynolds Road, Doncaster East.
