Four members of a Melbourne family are wearing winning smiles this morning after their private syndicate won a division one prize of over $1.6 million in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.

The family syndicate held one of the twelve division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3921, drawn Saturday 16 February 2019. Each entry takes home a division one prize of $1,666,666.67.

As well as winning the coveted division one prize, the family syndicate’s System 8 entry also won division three 12 times and division four 15 times, bolstering their total prize to $1,680,496.52.

Speaking with us this morning, the syndicate leader revealed how she discovered the life-changing news.

“Thank you so much! This means an awful lot to my family!” she exclaimed.

“I checked the numbers online on Saturday night right after the draw and saw that we had won.

“I then called everyone and told them and they were very very happy!

“They were all pretty shocked but it was lovely to be able to break that news to them.”

“We’ve been playing this ticket for quite a number of years using numbers we each chose,” she explained.

When asked how she planned to spend her share of the TattsLotto windfall, the syndicate leader revealed her beloved family was at the top of her Lotto List.

“It will go towards helping my family!” she declared.

The winning System 8 entry was purchased online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
