Family syndicate set for the future after $446,000 TattsLotto win
The phone lines have been running red hot between the eight members of a private family syndicate from Dingley Village who scored a division one prize worth over $446,000 in Saturday’s TattsLotto draw.
The private syndicate entry was one of the nine division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3969, drawn Saturday 3 August 2019. Each entry won a division one prize of $446,898.09.
When speaking with us this afternoon, the syndicate leader and matriarch of the family said the win would set her family up for the future.
“Thank you very very much! That’s fantastic news!” she declared.
“It’s a family syndicate with me and my husband, our two children and our four grandchildren so they will all get something.
“It will certainly help set them all up for their futures!”
As for how she and her husband would enjoy their share of the windfall, the happy woman said they would do something fun to celebrate the win.
“I’m not sure what we’ll do just yet but I’m sure it will be something like a holiday!” she laughed.
The happy winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased the syndicate’s 18-game QuickPick entry at Southland Lucky Lotto, Shop 2081A Westfield Southland, 1230 Nepean Highway, Cheltenham.
