A ‘surreal’ feeling has blown away a Highton woman after discovering her unregistered entry into Saturday’s TattsLotto draw was a division one winning entry worth over $574,000.

The Geelong resident held one of the seven division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto draw 3917, drawn Saturday 2 February 2019. Each entry took home a division one prize of $574,474.92.

Sharing her joy with us this morning whilst claiming her prize, the winner couldn’t contain her disbelief at her good fortune.

“I didn’t even know until I checked my ticket this morning!” she declared.

“I had no idea at all. It’s a bit surreal.

“I put an entry into Saturday TattsLotto every week. I couldn’t even tell you how long I’ve been playing but I know it’s a long time.

“I always grab a 12 game QuickPick but change the numbers every week.

“I can’t believe it. It’s just surreal!”

The thrilled winner revealed the life-changing news was yet to sink in so she couldn’t fathom how she would enjoy her TattsLotto windfall.

The happy woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry at Highton Lotto, 12 Bellevue Arcade, Highton.

Owner of Highton Lotto John Hodgson said his staff were excited to have sold the outlet’s first division one winning entry since taking ownership.

“We’ve been at this outlet for about 18 months and we have sold a couple of second divisions and a top prize Instant Scratch-Its so we are on a bit of a roll!” he exclaimed.

“We are looking forward to celebrating in store with all of our customers this week. We have filled the store with balloons and have a magnum of Moet waiting to pop!

“We are sure our customers will be really happy for us and excited that they might hold the next lucky ticket!

“This outlet has sold fifteen division one winning entries over the years so we are looking to the future and hoping to sell another division one winning entry soon – maybe in the $20 million Superdraw in a couple of weeks!

“Congratulations to our winner on their great win. We hope it brings them great joy and happiness.”
