The clock is ticking and the countdown is on! At midnight tonight one TattsLotto winner who purchased their division one entry from Rye Authorised Newsagency will bring in their new year realising their TattsLotto dream.
The division one winner will kick start 2018 with division one share of $1,428,571.43.
The division one winner will be celebrating in private wishing to remain completely anonymous.
At this time of year people are writing down their new year resolutions and thinking about the changes they’d like to make in 2018!
While celebrations were being planned and new year resolutions were jotted down Tatts asked more than 1,700 Australian adults what they would aspire to do in 2018 if they won a $1 million share in the $30 million Megadraw with more than one third (33.7%) of survey respondents choosing to spend more time with family and friends if they had a $1 million lotto windfall.
Tatts spokesperson Bronnie Spencer said just imagine kick starting 2018 with a division one win and joining those fortunate 151 Tatts players who have already experienced the division one winning feeling.
Adam Garby, owner of Rye Authorised Newsagency, said it was pretty good selling a division one winning entry in last night’s $30 million Megadraw.
“We’ve sold a few big ones in the past but this is the first in around seven years. With both the Oz Lotto and Powerball jackpots this week, hopefully we’ll sell a few more,” Mr Garby said.
“We’ll be having a couple of drinks to celebrate tonight!”
