Seven new multi-millionaires and a thrilled syndicate shared the incredible $20 million prize pool in Lotto’s Superdraw Saturday over the weekend.

Living up to its name, the Superdraw delivered a super-sized prize to our latest division one winners. Each division one winning entry scored an incredible $2.5 million— the biggest Saturday Lotto division one prize we’ve seen so far this year.

It was a particularly super weekend for the state of Victoria, which took out three of the division one winning entries.

Not only does Victoria now have two new multi-millionaires— one from Narre Warren South and one from Pascoe Vale— but ten thrilled players across Melbourne and Geelong were part of the year’s first division one winning syndicate.

Syndicates are a great way for a group of players to increase their chance of winning by going in together on a bigger entry. Saturday’s division one winning syndicate, nicknamed ‘Soaking up the Sun’, definitely soaked up the benefits of this.

As well as winning the division one prize of $2.5 million, the winning syndicate’s System entry also scored division two 6 times, division three 36 times, division four 315 times and division five 300 times, bolstering the syndicate’s total prize to $2,610,876.25. Each member of the syndicate receives a share worth $261,087.63 and will no doubt be celebrating that winning feeling all week.

Also celebrating, is a Bateman’s Bay man who told us his $2.5 million win couldn’t have come at a better time. After a frightening start to the year as devastating bushfires tore through the region, the man was overjoyed at this turn of events.

“This is incredible. I am so grateful,” he said.

“I’ve dreamt about winning the lottery before and calling my family to tell them and now I can do that! I’m going to do that right now.”

The winning numbers in Lotto’s Superdraw Saturday, draw 4025 on Saturday 15 February 2020, were 4, 24, 21, 3, 11 and 39, while the supplementary numbers were 40 and 34.

Congratulations to all our winners!
