A teacher from Adelaide’s southern suburb of Seaview Downs will be in with a chance to win Set for Life each and every day and draw for one whole year after winning a special promotion to celebrate the game’s very first birthday.

Marie from Seaview Downs won one year’s worth of Set for Life entries after purchasing a registered ticket into a draw during Set for Life’s First birthday week between 7 and 13 August 2016.

When Marie received the phone call from SA Lotteries she was surprised to discover she had won a year-long JUMBO QuickSET entry giving her a chance to win a draw every day of the week for a whole year!

“That’s fantastic! I hope it’s a rags to riches story for me!” she exclaimed.

“I always pin my Set for Life tickets to my fridge and dream about the possibilities so one whole year of chances will be wonderful.

“It’s a very nice surprise. My family plays a regular syndicate entry in Oz Lotto and Powerball for the jackpot draws –but I like to keep my Set for Life entries all to myself!

“If I did win Set for Life, I’ll start paying off the mortgage, set myself up with some sort of property portfolio, travel around Australia and help out my family.

“I hope to win first prize and now I have plenty more chances to do that!”

Set for Life, Australia’s first national draw lottery game which offers a First Prize of $20,000 each and every month for 20 years, celebrated its first birthday this month!

As part of the 1st birthday celebrations, Set for Life customers could win one year’s worth of Set for Life entries simply by purchasing a registered entry into any Set for Life draw between draw numbers 367 – 373 inclusive.

In the first 365 daily draws, Set for Life paid more than $110 million in prize money and delivered 8.6 million winners in the Lott jurisdictions including 12 First Prize winners who are now Set for Life.

Since winning First Prize in Set for Life the 12 winners have experienced a year of firsts including the first time stretching out in business class, the first holiday in 45 years and a first you-beaut boat!
