A man from New South Wales’ mid-north coastal town of Tuncurry will be in with a chance to win Set for Life each and every day and draw for one whole year after winning a special promotion to celebrate the game’s very first birthday.

Peter from Tuncurry won one year’s worth of Set for Life entries after purchasing a registered ticket into a draw during Set for Life’s First birthday week between 7 and 13 August 2016.

When Peter received the phone call from NSW Lotteries he was stoked to discover he had won a year-long JUMBO QuickSET entry with a chance to win in a draw every day of the week for a whole year!

“Dead set! Thank you very much! That’s a corker! You’ve made my day love,” Peter exclaimed.

“I’ve been playing Set for Life ever since it started a year ago, in the very first week.

“Can’t say I haven’t had a few thoughts about what I’d do if I won the 1st Prize!

“I’d travel and probably see our country first. There are so many places to go all around Australia but I’d do it in style! I’d definitely get myself a campervan – they’re so good these days with all the bells and whistles.

“Another thing would be an exclusive corporate box suite at the races!

“My word you can call me again darling when I win the First Prize in Set for Life! I’ll be crossing my fingers and toes and if I do win I won’t forget your voice.”

Set for Life, Australia’s first national draw lottery game which offers a First Prize of $20,000 each and every month for 20 years, celebrated its first birthday this month!

As part of the 1st birthday celebrations, Set for Life customers could win one year’s worth of Set for Life entries simply by purchasing a registered entry into any Set for Life draw between draw numbers 367 – 373 inclusive.

In the first 365 daily draws, Set for Life paid more than $110 million in prize money and delivered 8.6 million winners in the Lott jurisdictions including 12 First Prize winners who are now Set for Life.

Since winning First Prize in Set for Life the 12 winners have experienced a year of firsts including the first time stretching out in business class, the first holiday in 45 years and a first you-beaut boat!

Set for Life challenges players to imagine the possibilities if they received $20,000 every month for 20 years, and for the six New South Wales Set for Life winners to date it’s certainly been life enhancing.
