The astonished man, who wishes to remain anonymous, said life was looking a lot easier for him and his family now that he will have $20,000 coming in each and every month for 20 years.

“Fair dinkum! Wow, wow, wow, WOW!” the man exclaimed.

“You always think how amazing it would be to win, but you never think it will happen to you!

“It’s going to make our lives so much easier! We’re fairly settled ourselves but now we will be able to help our children and get them out of trouble. It also means that we will be able to support charities to help cancer research which means a lot to our family.

“I’m a keen hobby fisherman so whenever I get the chance and the weather is good, I’m out in my boat! Now I’ll have a lot less worries and a lot more time to spend fishing!

“We were saving up for a little holiday but now we can get going on planning a real far-away adventure! One we’ve always dreamed of taking is a trip to Europe and going on a cruise through Budapest."

The man was so caught up in the moment that he had forgotten to share the exciting news with his wife.

“Wait a minute, can you tell my wife?” the man asked before handing the phone over to her.

“Wait what? I can’t believe it! My blood pressure has just gone through the roof!” she exclaimed.

“I take everything with a grain of salt, so I just need a minute to pull myself together!” she laughed.
