In case you missed it: Forget Friday the 13th! Major lottery wins keep on rolling!
Today is Friday the 13th and while some might fear of this date, many lottery players are continuing to revel in their good fortunes this week!
Check it out in this week’s highlights.
Saturday Superdraw winners in eleven heaven!
The Saturday Lotto $20 million Superdraw certainly lived up to expectation this weekend with eleven division one winning entries sharing the sweet division one prize.
Each division one winning entry took home $1.8 million, making four very happy syndicates and seven new millionaires.
A Noosa man is planning to retire immediately and set sail into the sunset on a brand-new boat with his share of the Saturday Lotto $20 million Superdraw prize.
“You beauty! This is just beautiful. I’ve got a fair idea of how my life is going to go now. I’ll do a bit of work on my house and fix up a few things first,” he proclaimed.
“I’ll retire, buy myself a boat and spend the next 10 to 15 years relaxing and enjoying life. This is just amazing. You dream of things like this happening but never expect them to.”
Insomnia cured with a division one windfall!
The sound of a million-dollar win in Monday & Wednesday Lotto turned out to be the answer to a Weston man’s insomnia – admitting his division one win led him to a peaceful sleep.
“I found out very late last night. I couldn’t believe it! The first person I told was my mum, and she was blown away by the news. She was just as shocked as me,” he explained.
“I didn’t celebrate because it was late, but I had the most peaceful sleep last night. I even slept in today which was very surprising for me.”
Tools down for inner-Sydney tradesman!
An inner-Sydney man busy at work had to put down the tools to answer a life-enhancing phone call revealing he snagged $100,000 in today’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.
“Wow! Really? I’m dumbfounded. I’m just at work right now and I’ve had to go undercover to answer this phone call. I haven’t had a moment to check the entry because I’ve been so busy at work,” he said.
“I’ll tell my wife for sure, maybe a few other people. This has turned my day around. It will be hard to concentrate on work! I’ll definitely put it towards paying off the house mortgage.”
We can’t wait to see what‘s in store for us next week. Have a winning week!
