A Mentone man has attributed his $660,000 win in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw to a decade-old dream that revealed his winning lottery numbers.

The Melburnian held one of the eight division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4369, drawn Saturday 3 June 2023 and took home a total prize of $666,605.06.

The long-time player discovered his windfall on Sunday morning and was left pinching himself the entire day.

“It’s a beautiful feeling. I can’t even describe it,” he laughed.

“The ticket is sitting in my pocket. It’s not going anywhere!

“I checked the ticket on Sunday morning, and I was doubting if it was real.

“I’ve been playing the same numbers for over 11 years – they came up in a dream!

“I’m still pinching myself. It’s all fuzzy!”

With the newfound fortune about to boost his bank account before the end of the financial year, the victorious Victorian shared the prize would bring him closer to retirement.

“I’ll definitely put it in the bank for the first six months,” he said.

“I’m close to retirement too and this will bring it even closer!

“It’s awesome.”

His winning marked System 9 entry was purchased at Thrift Park Lotteries, Shop 9, 171 Nepean Highway, Mentone.

Thrift Park Lotteries owner Carlos Liang said his team was feeling grateful to have changed the life of one of their customers.

“It’s fantastic news, and we’re so grateful. We’re sure all of our customers and local community feel the same,” he said.

“We’re so happy to have sold another division one winning entry. We sold our last one in November 2021, so it’s about time we’ve crowned another regular customer!

“We can imagine this is the start to a winning streak for Thrift Park Lotteries. All of our customers will associate us as a winning store.

“Congratulations to the winning man and we wish him all the best with his division one prize!”
