Bondi man too excited to sleep after discovering $200,000 Lucky Lotteries win!
While hearing the news they’ve just won the lottery sends some winners into a dreamy state, one Bondi man has admitted he’s going to sleep terribly, because he’s too excited about his $200,000 Lucky Lotteries win.
The New South Wales player won the 1st Prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1495, drawn Monday 3 August 2020.
We called the man today while he was on his afternoon walk to break the exciting news he’d just won $200,000.
“Wow, that’s terrific! Two hundred thousand dollars!” he exclaimed.
“When I initially received your call, I thought it was either going to be a scam call, or you were going to be delivering me good news.
“I am thrilled it isn’t a scam!
“Well it’s lovely to hear from you.
“This is the most I have ever won! I think I won $50 a while back. This is unbelievable.
“What a wonderful surprise!
“I am going to celebrate quietly tonight.
“I will get some nice takeaway dinner. No cooking and no cleaning sounds good to me! I just have to decide what to have.
“I think I will sleep wonderfully tonight. Now that I think about it, I probably won’t sleep at all! I will probably be up all night excited.”
When asked how he planned to enjoy his unexpected windfall, the overjoyed man said he was excited to spoil himself.
“I am going to spend my prize on myself!” he shared.
“I would love to update where I live. I want to get a nice little apartment. I can’t wait for that.
“This will really help me a lot.”
The winning entry of one number was purchased at Bondi Junction Newsagency & Internet Cafe, Shop 2, 191 - 195 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction.
Bondi Junction Newsagency & Internet Cafe owner Manish Sharma said he couldn’t be happier for his customer.
“It’s so exciting,” he said.
“Honestly we could not be happier for him.
“What an incredible win, especially during these tough times.
“We really do wish him the very best with his prize! We are celebrating alongside him and would love to send him our congratulations.
“It was about time we had a major prize win.
“Fingers crossed we have some wore major wins soon!”
