To win a Division 1 prize in Lotto’s Superdraw Saturday, you need to match all 6 winning numbers in one game. But you can still win a prize by matching as little as three of the winning numbers in one game. Superdraw draw time
Lotto's Superdraw Saturday closes at 7:30pm (AEST) on the night of the draw. The draw takes place shortly after.
The latest results for most of our games are generally available on the day of draw by 9:00pm (AEST).
Dividends for each game are updated following the draw and are generally available on the morning following the draw.
How to play Superdraw
1. The first step to playing Lotto's Superdraw Saturday is deciding if you want to play a QuickPick or a Marked Entry.
- A QuickPick is the easiest way to play, where the number of games you play is fixed and your numbers are randomly generated for you.
- A Marked entry lets you choose how many games you would like to play, plus you can select the numbers that are meaningful to you, and even save them as a Favourite for next time. You can play up to 18 games by marking a coupon in-store, or up to 50 games when creating your own entry online.
2. Once you've decided which way to play, you can add more to your Lotto Superdraw Saturday entry for more chances to win!
- A System entry allows you to pick more numbers from the barrel of 1-45. You can pick from 7 to 20 numbers, giving you more chances to win multiple prize divisions. Learn more about System entries.
- A Pick entry guarantees you either 1 or 2 winning numbers. Learn more about Pick entries.
3. You can also choose how long you want to play for.
- If you're planning a holiday or won't be able to make it to your local store, you can purchase an entry into an Advance draw, or play your entry across multiple draws with a Multi-Week entry.
- If you play online you can subscribe to automatically play into every Saturday Lotto draw or when there is a Superdraw.

What is a lottery Syndicate?
A lottery Syndicate, or group entry, is a team of players working together to increase their chance of winning. With a team of players you can pool your money to buy a bigger entry, which could increase your chance of winning. If your Syndicate wins, the prizes are shared amongst all team members! You can join Syndicates already set up in-store, and play with others in your local community by visiting our Syndicates page.
What entry types can be played in a Syndicate?
Any combination of entry types can be used to make up your team Syndicate entry, providing they’re an option for Superdraw Saturday. Choose from a QuickPick, Standard, Pick or System entry.
Buying Syndicate shares from your local lottery outlet
You can purchase shares in Syndicates for the upcoming Superdraw from your local lottery outlet, and now also online. To purchase Syndicate shares online simply search for your local lottery outlet by postcode or suburb, and you'll be able to purchase available shares in Superdraw Syndicates, pool your money with others in your local community and give yourself more chances to win!*
How do I setup a Syndicate?
Your Superdraw Saturday Syndicate can be set up online with SyndiMate or in-store with the help of a friendly staff member. You can also use The Lott Syndicate Planner.
- Gather your friends, family or work mates and set up your team. Make sure you put your heads together and come up with a great team name!
- Work out the cost per share/per person and collect the money.
- Either use our SyndiMate tool or determine the entry type yourself.
- Present your SyndiMate barcode in-store or buy your pre-determined entry by asking your retailer for ‘Syndicate share tickets’.
- Share the excitement and hand out the tickets to your team.
- Keep an eye out for the draw!
*A bigger entry gives you more chances to win a share of the prize pool. Syndicate shares are limited and available until sold out.
Results and claiming your prize
You can check your entry in-store, online or though the app. You can claim your prize at your local NSW Lotteries outlet, or if you buy online, your prize will be paid automatically into your account.
