A hardworking Merrylands man has admitted his heart is still pounding furiously following this morning’s discovery he is now a millionaire from last night’s Saturday Lotto $30 Million Megadraw.

The Merrylands winning entry was one of the 21 division one winning entries in last night’s Saturday Lotto draw 3803 on 30 December 2017.  Each takes home a division one prize of $1,428,571.43.

In addition to the division one win, the man’s multiple System entry also won division 2 six times, division 3 18 times, division 4 90 times and division 5 60 times once, bolstering the man’s total prize to $1,515,291.23.

Speaking to a NSW Lotteries official this morning to confirm his win, the man confessed his body was “falling apart” at the shocking, but exciting, news.

“I checked my ticket this morning.  I’m shaking, my heart is pounding and I’ve gone all red.  I don’t know what to say!” he exclaimed.

“It’s a belated Christmas present and a beautiful start for 2018!

“It’s come right on time for me.  I’ll keep working – I like to work – but I want to help my family out.

“Thank you! Thank you!  Love you!”

The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased his winning multiple System entry from Station Newsagency, 159 Merrylands Road, Merrylands.
